End User License Agreement

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Shenzhen Wujie Chuan Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Speaker Cleaner mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a single iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not constitute a sale of the App, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

2. App Functionality and Use Restrictions

The App provides speaker cleaning functionality by generating sound waves of specific frequencies to remove dust and moisture from device speakers. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or any part thereof
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App in a way that may damage your device, other hardware, or cause bodily injury
• Use the App on any device that is not owned or lawfully controlled by you

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, algorithms, sound frequency designs, user interfaces, and all other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Shenzhen Wujie Chuan Technology Co., Ltd. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or achieve any specific cleaning result. The effectiveness of speaker cleaning may vary based on device model, dust condition, and environmental factors. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Shenzhen Wujie Chuan Technology Co., Ltd BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the App. You acknowledge that sound wave output may affect hearing if used improperly or at excessive volume. It is your responsibility to use the App in accordance with provided instructions and to protect your hearing and device from potential damage.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised version within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Shenzhen Wujie Chuan Technology Co., Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
